Scope of Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Integration Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for owning the integration solution from beginning to end. This will include capturing detailed integration requirements, such as schema definition, data mapping, process flow, enrichment, security/compliance, scale/frequency, monitoring, recoverability etc. You will be creating an integration design, facilitating design reviews, and implementing and testing integration solutions. Beyond delivering new integrations, you will also provide full support to existing integration solutions. You are passionate about quality and will look to improve standards, drive consistent patterns of integration and leverage reusable components, when appropriate.

 

Responsibilities

  • Designs, develops, and maintains end-to-end integration solutions between applications and software platforms including but not limited to SAP, Salesforce, and Power Platforms. Captures detailed integration requirements through facilitation with applications and software platform engineers and users, and translates them into technical design specifications for integrated solutions across the enterprise.
  • .Creates, implements, and maintains integration workflows using Informatica PowerCenter and other integration tools; administers the IICS secure agent for ongoing maintenance and release/upgrade activities; and owns unit testing/coordinates integrated testing to ensure complete and reliably integrated solutions across the enterprise.
  • Participates in the development of integration standards and best practices, collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of systems, and troubleshoots and resolves integration issues as they arise.
  • Mentors and trains junior engineers and other DT team members.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions:  

95% of time is spent in the office environment, utilizing computers (frequent use of various Microsoft software/programs), phones, and general office equipment. 5% of time is spent outside of the office visiting vendors’ and/or internal customers’ sites in addition to attending various conferences and meetings.    

Qualifications

Education/Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 
  • 6+ years of experience as an Informatica Integrations Engineer or a similar role
  • Expertise in Informatica IICS and Informatica Cloud Application Processes
  • Experience with data and application integrations using Informatica, specifically with SAP systems.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

  • Strongly demonstrated knowledge of application integration best practices and industry standards
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and familiarity with various application integration patterns and techniques
  • Proficiency in customizing and architecting Informatica Cloud Application Processes
  • Strong ETL skills with experience in extracting, transforming, and loading data, particularly in relation to SAP systems
  • Demonstrated Integration knowledge with SAP BAPI, IDoc, and HANA applications
  • Actionable expertise in CAI, CDI, and Mass Ingestion tools for successful integrations
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to view video display terminal images < 18” away from face for extended periods oftime – up to four (4) hours at a time. 
  • Ability to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and telephone. 
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time – up to four (4) hours at a time. 
  • Ability to lift, tug, pull up to fifteen (15) pounds.

Benefits:

This role’s annual base salary range is between $115,500 and $192,000 Annually.
