The Executive Assistant will manage and oversee HR special projects and initiatives in support of the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). The person will be responsible for the creation and distribution of HR communications, analyzing HR metrics and preparing spreadsheets, presentations, and special projects. The EA provides administrative support to the CHRO by interfacing daily with internal and external customers, handling travel arrangements, working with Microsoft Professional Office suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook), expense reporting, invoicing, and meeting scheduling.
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of administrative assistant work experience or equivalent training and/or experience.

Work mode: Hybrid (3 days in the office).
Full Salary Range: $83,000 - $138,400
Target Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000
We generally base our salary decisions on factors such as internal equity, candidate work and/leadership experience, educational credentials, and in some cases, candidate work location.
Working Conditions:
95% of time is spent in the office environment, utilizing computers (frequent use of various Microsoft software/programs), phones, and general office equipment. 5% of the time is spent in the field supporting executive and Managers in meetings, tradeshows, etc.
