Salary Range: The full pay range for this role is $40.00 to $67.00 per hour. The target range for this position is $45.00 to $55.00 per hour. We generally base our salary decisions on factors such as internal equity, candidate work and/leadership experience, educational credentials, and in some cases, candidate work location.
The OCC Supervisor will provide professional and efficient supervision of the Operations Control Center and its staff. He/she will supervise and support a team of Control Center Operators by directing workflow and monitoring the OCC and its staff’s performance. The OCC Supervisor will ensure safe and accurate monitoring and control of renewable energy assets in order to minimize production losses and maximize efficiency and generation while complying with contractual obligations and all applicable North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) standards and practices. The OCC Supervisor is responsible and accountable for all operational issues that occur in the OCC during their shift work assignments.

Working conditions:
Control Center Operators spend 100% of their time in the OCC facility, excluding safety and scheduled training exercises. Shift assignments in the 24/7/365 work setting include extended workdays and the ability to work other shifts as required, to include overtime, rotating shifts, holidays and weekends as necessary.
