Salary Range: The full pay range for this role is $28.08 to $46.83 per hour.   We generally base our salary decisions on factors such as internal equity, candidate work and/leadership experience, educational credentials, and in some cases, candidate work location.

 

Scope of Job: In accordance with Asset Optimization business unit goals and objectives and the core values of EDF Renewables, assist the AO Central Support Teams (Major Component Repair/Composite Repair Services/Support Services Team incl. Canada) by coordinating all administrative activities to include, but not limited to, reporting, data entry and data analysis, supplier coordination, procurement process, CMMS (SAP or applicable system). Execute on applicable administrative project needs, as assigned, while supporting operational continuity, efficiency, and profitability of the assigned projects. This is a dynamic role, dealing with multiple traveling teams concurrently. 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Safety:
    • Submitting pertinent safety reports/observations
    • Exhibiting safety behaviors that are in line with HSES standards.
    • Being aware of safety policies and procedures
    • Assist with coordinating annual Safety Training Week for the Specialized Teams
    • Administer hot glove testing program for the Specialized Teams
    • Process PRs/POs/GRs in SAP for safety supplies.
    • Generating and submitting monthly contractor hours reports
  • Reporting:
    • Generating and analyzing Dayforce vs SAP recorded hours variance reports and SAP hour allocation reports.
    • Monthly profitability reports for the Specialty Services teams
    • Generate monthly mandatory training completion report and deliver to Central Support Teams leadership.
    • Updating training records for the teams
    • Conducting annual review of contractual billing rate and escalation changes
  • Team Operations:
    • Supporting Central Support Teams with Service Order creation
    • Shipping coordination (tooling, etc.)
    • Liaison with Vehicle Fleet Management provider for any vehicle issues, new fuel cards, updating drivers, trucks, etc.
    • Liaison with Dayforce team for any personnel updates
    • Assist with new hire credit card approvals.
    • Vehicle/trailer registration management (central mailbox for registrations)
  • Purchasing/Invoicing:
    • Coordinating and creating Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders for the teams, including requesting Asset Numbers when applicable
    • Performing necessary SAP tasks required for timely payment of invoices (MIGO, VIM) as well as addressing and assisting in resolution of invoice issues.
    • Creating, tracking, and executing of Sales Orders
    • Submitting Sourcing Requests as needed
  • Vendor Management:
    • Assisting in onboarding of new vendors into business management system
  • Budgeting:
    • Supporting Specialty Services leadership in providing data for annual budgeting process
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identifying internal process inefficiencies and recommending solutions
  • Other duties/ad hoc analyses as assigned.

Working Conditions: 90% of time is spent in the office environment, utilizing computers (frequent use of various Microsoft software/programs), phones, and general office equipment. 10% of time is spent outside of the office visiting sites in additional to attending various trainings and meetings.

 

Fiscal Responsibilities: Must work within the budget constraints as authorized by the Management of Asset Optimization, while successfully following all policies and procedures related to employees’ fiscal responsibilities in doing the day-to-day job.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma
  • 2 + years of relevant work experience providing business support in a  large corporoate or field setting. 

Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

  • Must have at least 2 + years of experience working with SAP processing transactions such purcharse orders, purchase requisitions, and /or invoices.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Basic understanding of contract compliance, inventory management and procurement processes.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft suite to inclue Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and surface issues to management for resolution as needed.
  • Experience in balancing multiple, deadline-driven projects. Excellent planning, prioritization, and time management skills.

A plus if you have....

  • Previous experience working with CMMS and Ariba. 
  • 4+ years of years of relevant work experience roviding business support in a corporoate or field setting.
  • Degree in business administration, accounting or aupply management.
