Salary Range: The full pay range for this role is$93,400 - $155,700 annually. We generally base our salary decisions on factors such as internal equity, candidate work and/leadership experience, educational credentials, and in some cases, candidate work location.
Scope of Job: This position is responsible for leading the creation and implementation of advanced community engagement strategies for the West region’s Landowner and Community Relations and Engagement Program as well as developing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships throughout a project’s lifecycle. The Senior Community Engagement Manager will also provide leadership and guidance and industry expertise to supporting team members.
Responsibilities:
Working Conditions: 45% of time is spent in the office environment, utilizing computers (frequent use of various Microsoft software/programs), phones, and general office equipment. 55% of time is spent outside of the office visiting vendors’ and/or internal customers’ sites in additional to attending various conferences and meetings.
Fiscal Responsibilities: Overall management of the Community Engagement Budget, Community Donations Budget, Promotions & Printables Budget, and any Strategy and PR Consultant Budgets
