Salary Range: We generally base our salary decisions on factors such as internal equity, candidate work and/leadership experience, educational credentials, and in some cases, candidate work location.
Scope of Job: The Chief Business Officer (CBO) leads our commercial growth and global business operations. As a key member of the executive team, the CBO drives revenue acceleration, executes go-to-market plans, and develops enduring partnerships. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution and is ideal for a commercially driven executive with deep enterprise sales and partnership experience in industrial tech, SaaS, or data infrastructure.

Working Conditions: 60% of time is spent in a home office environment, utilizing computers (frequent use of various Microsoft software/programs), phones, and general office equipment. 40% of time is spent outside of the home office calling on prospects, visiting vendors’ and/or customers’ sites in addition to attending various conferences and meetings.
Fiscal Responsibilities: Responsible for managing budget and costs associated with a national sales role: contracting implementation, invoicing, and accounts receivable process. Required to administer the budget for Nexalis commercial activities.
