Salary Range: The full pay range for this role is $28.08 to $46.83 per hour. The target range for this position is $34.00 to $39.00 per hour. We generally base our salary decisions on factors such as internal equity, candidate work and/leadership experience, educational credentials, and in some cases, candidate work location.
Scope of the Position: This position, under specific direction from the BOP Site Supervisor/ Senior Operations Manager, maintains Balance of Plant, including but not limited to preventive maintenance and repairs as needed.
Required Training: Each Renewable Energy Technician will attend mandatory five (5) week training and certification course at the start of their employment. The exact duration will be determined based on experience and qualifications. The training is in Albert Lea, MN, and travel, accommodation, and expenses will be provided.
Located in Snyder, TX - Surrounding areas include: Sweetwater, Lubbock, and Abilene.
Working conditions:
BOP Technicians spend most of their time in the field alone or in a team and may need to work outside of standard hours. This position operates a company vehicle (service truck) to carry the required tools and parts necessary to perform repairs and/or maintenance on Balance of Plant at their assigned site and may support other sites as needed.
