Salary Range: The full pay range for this role is $118,400 - $197,300 annually. We generally base our salary decisions on factors such as internal equity, candidate work and/leadership experience, educational credentials, and in some cases, candidate work location.
Scope of Job: The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for implementing wind, solar, solar + storage and/or emerging renewable technology projects from the Final Investment Decision (FID) through late development and implementation phases, to commercial operation date (COD) and financial closing. Sr. Project Managers deliver highly complex and strategic EDF power solutions projects safely, on time, to budget and to required specifications and quality standards. Additionally, the Sr. Project Manager takes an integrated view of the project and most entities of the organization and forges strong links between all internal and external project stakeholders to ensure a consistent and coordinated approach at every stage. Responsible for maintaining a cooperative, motivated and successful team and ensures that the project is effectively resourced, and resources are allocated and utilized in an efficient manner.
The Senior Project Manager navigates efficiently within the organization with business acumen on key industry knowledges including development, permitting, land acquisition, strategic procurement, construction & engineering, insurance, tax equity financing, and project finance.
The Senior Project Manager may be responsible for overseeing Project Managers or Associate Project Managers and is expected to provide leadership and mentorship to the team.

Working Conditions: Approximately 75% of time is spent in the office environment, utilizing computers (frequent use of various Microsoft software/programs), phones, and general office equipment. Approximately, 25% of time is spent outside of the office visiting project sites and vendors’ or client’s offices in addition to attending various conferences and meetings.
