Salary Range: The full pay range for this role is $93,000 to $155,700 annually. The target range for this position is $112,000 to $130,725 annually. We generally base our salary decisions on factors such as internal equity, candidate work and/leadership experience, educational credentials, and in some cases, candidate work location.
Scope of Job: The Senior Maintenance Planner is a high-impact role responsible for developing and owning the maintenance planning framework and master data in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), driving materials/inventory best practices, and shaping long-term maintenance strategies to optimize equipment reliability, availability, and cost performance. This role provides senior-level, cross-functional leadership (Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Reliability, and Site Management) to ensure maintenance planning drives operational excellence. The Senior Maintenance Planner will contribute to oversight of a planning group in the future, mentoring/planning process support, and continuous process improvements.

Working Conditions: 80% of time is spent in the office environment, utilizing computers, phones, and general office equipment. 20% of time is spent outside of the office visiting operating plants, vendors, customers, attending appropriate conferences and required in-person meetings.
Fiscal Responsibilities: The employee must work within the budget constraints as authorized by the Executive Team while successfully following all policies and procedures related to employees’ fiscal responsibilities in performing day-to-day job duties.
