Salary Range: The full pay range for this role is $XX to $XX annually. The target range for this position is $XX to $XX annually. We generally base our salary decisions on factors such as internal equity, candidate work and/leadership experience, educational credentials, and in some cases, candidate work location.
Scope of Job: The Senior Manager - Data Product Management leads the execution of difficult and strategic data use cases while supporting organization-wide data product management excellence. This role involves independent management of complex, high-impact data use cases and data products while building and mentoring data product managers and contributing to enterprise data product standards. This position drives data product management best practices and helps scale capabilities across the organization. The role requires the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership across multiple departments to shape product vision and strategy.
Responsibilities:
Supervision of Others: Direct supervision of a team of 5 or more Data Product Managers (Associate to Senior)
Working Conditions: 95% of time is spent in the office environment, utilizing computers (frequent use of various Microsoft software/programs), phones, and general office equipment. 5% of time is spent outside of the office visiting vendors’ and/or internal customers’ sites in additional to attending various conferences and meetings.
Fiscal Responsibilities: Contributes to the budget for Data and Governance teams.
