Job Scope: The Director of Total Rewards is responsible for building and implementing the overall total rewards strategy for EDF power solutions North America. This role leads the Compensation and Benefits and Payroll functions, establishing programs and policies that ensure our offerings are rewarding, competitive, and aligned with company goals. You will support human capital initiatives and partner with business leaders to enhance our ability to attract, engage, and retain top-tier talent.
Salary Range: The full pay range for this role is $154,800 - $258,100 annually, and the good faith estimated starting pay for this position upon hire is $180,000 - $220,000 annually. We generally base our salary decisions on factors including but not limited to, relevant work and leadership experience, education, demonstrated performance, internal equity, and in some cases, geographic location.
Work Location: San Diego (Rancho Bernardo), CA
Work Mode: Hybrid. 3 days in the office with Tuesday and Wednesday being mandatory on-site days.
