Salary Range: The full pay range for this role is $107,200 to $178,600 annually, and the good faith estimated starting pay for this position upon hire is $130,000 to $140,000annually. We generally base our salary decisions on factors including but not limited to, relevant work and leadership experience, education, demonstrated performance, internal equity, and in some cases, geographic location.
This position is Hybrid in San Diego, CA (Rancho Bernardo) minimum of three days per week in office.
Scope of Job:
The Lead Sr. Financial Planning Analyst, is responsible for the planning and analysis of North America forecasts and budgets and their related financial statements. Additionally, the Lead will be responsible for on-going training and peer review of fellow Financial Planning team member(s). The responsibility is specific to EDF Renouvelables Group’s management cycle: reforecast, budget, capex, headcount and landing files. Aside from the on-going planning and analysis tasks, the Lead Sr. Financial Planning Analyst will provide planning support to the project leaders for their respective business segments, and Canada/Mexico CFG staff.
No direct reports, but dotted line to assist with guiding the work for financial planning team members.
Working Conditions:
95% of time is spent in the office environment utilizing computers (frequent use of various Microsoft software/programs), phones, and general office equipment. 5% of time is spent outside of the office visiting vendors’ and/or internal customers’ sites in additional to attending various conferences and meetings.
Responsible for raising awareness to manager regarding significant budget / forecast overruns.
