Salary Range: The full pay range for this role is $XX to $XX annually, and the good faith estimated starting pay for this position upon hire is $XX to $XX annually. We generally base our salary decisions on factors including but not limited to, relevant work and leadership experience, education, demonstrated performance, internal equity, and in some cases, geographic location.
Scope of Job:
Under the direction of the Senior Project Manager or Associate Director - Project Management, the Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects and phases of multiple solar EPC projects and programs. The Project Manager is primarily responsible for collaboration with project stakeholders such as owners, utilities, landowners, municipalities, developers, consultants, subcontractors, and other project partners and internal resources such as engineering and construction professionals. The Project Manager will achieve project and corporate goals which are generally described as follows: project schedule, project scope management, budget performance, quality requirements, and safety. The Project Manager will foster a cooperative relationship with project partners and internal resources while meeting the company strategic goals and continually messaging the value of the company services to stakeholders. This position has project P&L responsibility.
Supervision of Others:
Supervision and direction of project staff, including Project Engineers, Construction Managers, Project Coordinators, Superintendents, and Project Administrators; as well as supervision of external project subcontractors and vendors
Working Conditions: Work time will be spent both at project sites (outdoor construction sites) and in an office environment, with use of computers, telephone, and other office equipment. Travel is expected to be 25% of overall work time.
Fiscal Responsibilities: Project Profit/Loss responsibility.
