Salary Range: The full pay range for this role is $120,800 to $201,300 annually, and the good faith estimated starting pay for this position upon hire is $145,000 to $170,000 annually. We generally base our salary decisions on factors including but not limited to, relevant work and leadership experience, education, demonstrated performance, internal equity, and in some cases, geographic location.
Scope of Job: The Senior EPC Project Manager (Sr. EPC PM) is responsible for leading EPC execution activities in accordance with EDFR’s safety, quality, and management standards, for Utility-Scale Solar, On-Shore Wind, and Energy Storage Projects within EDFR’s portfolio. They will work with cross-functional teams and subject-matter-experts to manage EPC contractors from contractor selection, through execution, completion and project handover, and support advanced stage project development activities such as EPC services procurement and contracting.
Supervision of Others: 1-2 direct, 5-7 indirect.
Working Conditions: Approximately 80% of the time is spent in the office environment, using computers (frequent use of MS Office Suite), phones, and general office equipment. Approximately 20% of the time is spent in the field nationally and internationally, visiting projects, evaluating sites, and meeting project team members and various stakeholders.
