The various tasks performed by Atlantic Shores’ Contracts & Procurement (C&P)Team demand detail-oriented individuals with multi-faceted skills, particularly in-depth commercial and technical knowledge, flexibility, enthusiasm for individual and team tasks, and analytical problem-solving capabilities.     As a Contracts & Procurement Intern, an individual will work in a fast-paced team and will play a central role in supporting supply chain activities such as negotiation, sourcing, and purchasing needs of the entire Atlantic Shores portfolio, as well as engage in reporting and documentation activities. This is a hybrid role that will be based atour Brooklyn, NY office. Hybrid work requires at least 3 days a week on average onsite.

The various tasks performed by Atlantic Shores’ Permitting team demand detail-oriented individuals with multi-faceted skills, in-depth technical knowledge, flexibility, enthusiasm for individual and team tasks, great communication skills, and analytical problem-solving capabilities.     As a Permitting Intern, you will work in a multi-disciplinary team and provide support in the management of permitting activities necessary to successfully advance Atlantic Shores’ portfolio of offshore wind energy projects.   You will work closely with the Permitting Leads and Associates to assist with all aspects of environmental and permitting services pertaining to Atlantic Shores. The Permitting Associate will report to the Atlantic Shores Permitting Manager. This is a hybrid role that will be based atour Brooklyn, NY office. Hybrid work requires at least 3 days a week on average onsite.

All engineering and other technical related tasks for the offshore substations are under their responsibility, from completion of the Front-End Engineering works all the way to the operation of the assets.

The Senior Permitting Lead is responsible for supporting the management of permitting activities necessary to successfully advance Atlantic Shores’ portfolio of offshore wind energy projects.   As the Senior Permitting Lead, you will work closely with the Permitting Manager at Atlantic Shores and the rest of the Development Team, the Technical and the Commercial Teams, to progress efforts associated with all aspects of project development including ports and interconnection, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders and liaising with Federal, State and local government organizations on permitting and compliance monitoring for Atlantic Shores.  The Senior Permitting Lead will assist with all aspects of environmental and permitting services pertaining to Atlantic Shores, supporting general project development including contributing to a proactive HSSE approach, while recognizing and managing risks over the full lifecycle of the asset. Leading the preparation of siting studies required for permit applications and stakeholder engagement and representing Atlantic Shores with government agencies and stakeholders. The Senior Permitting Lead will report to the Atlantic Shores Permitting Manger, and may be extensively responsible for the development of one or more site assessment plans (SAPs) and constructions and operations plans (COPs) in accordance with guidelines from the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) and associated key federal permits including but not limited to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA); U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), the U.S. Coast Guard, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), and the Department of Defense (DOD). The Senior Permitting Lead will also be responsible for liaising with State and Local Agencies and for managing the development of state/provincial, and local permit applications and associated compliance requirements.
