The Construction Project Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to various components of the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) team including the Director of Project Management, Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Superintendents, to efficiently, successfully, and profitably complete EPC projects and support the administration of related business functions. The Project Administrator will support multiple EPC projects at a time.
Working Conditions: Approximately 95% of time is spent in the office environment, utilizing computers (frequent use of various Microsoft software/programs), phones, and general office equipment. Occasional travel (up to 5% of the time) to other company offices, project sites, conference, etc.

The Senior Offshore Project Manager – Foundation // Foundation Package Manager – is responsible for the planning and strategy of the Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind Farm wind turbine substructure (“Foundation Package”). The Manager will manage the schedule, budget, scope, quality, risk, interfaces, safety and resources within the package.
During the front-end planning and strategy (prior to offtake award), the Manager is responsible for:
- collaborating with the front-end foundation team to ensure the evaluation, comparison, and selection of technologies, project designs, installation methods, and O&M strategy leads to a competitive concept basis for the anticipated offtake;

The Senior Permitting Lead is responsible for supporting the management of permitting activities necessary to successfully advance Atlantic Shores’ portfolio of offshore wind energy projects.
As the Senior Permitting Lead, you will work closely with the Permitting Manager at Atlantic Shores and the rest of the Development Team, the Technical and the Commercial Teams, to progress efforts associated with all aspects of project development including ports and interconnection, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders and liaising with Federal, State and local government organizations on permitting and compliance monitoring for Atlantic Shores.
The Senior Permitting Lead will assist with all aspects of environmental and permitting services pertaining to Atlantic Shores, supporting general project development including contributing to a proactive HSSE approach, while recognizing and managing risks over the full lifecycle of the asset. Leading the preparation of siting studies required for permit applications and stakeholder engagement and representing Atlantic Shores with government agencies and stakeholders. The O&M Service Technician manages subcontractors and coordination between engineering, design, procurement, construction, and O&M.
