Pay Range for Director - $144,525 to $240,875 annually Pay Range for Sr. Director - $162,252 to $270,875 annually The Director/Sr. Director Offshore Project Controls is responsible for managing the Atlantic Shores Joint Venture Project Services team, including interfacing with Project Teams, Permitting Teams, and Bid Teams to manage cost estimation, planning and schedule control, risk management, information management, staff planning and control, budgeting, cost control, and reporting. In the Atlantic Shores organization, The Director Offshore Project Controls reports directly to the Technical and Delivery Director and is a member of the Leadership Team. The Director, Offshore Project Controls will focus on the portfolio strategy development support, offtake RFP inputs development (cost estimation, schedule development, etc.) and manage controls from a portfolio perspective. The Director, Offshore Project Controls will functionally manage the Project Services team(s) dedicated to the Project(s) who will operationally report to the Project Director(s).

The Senior Permitting Lead is responsible for supporting the management of permitting activities necessary to successfully advance Atlantic Shores’ portfolio of offshore wind energy projects.   As the Senior Permitting Lead, you will work closely with the Permitting Manager at Atlantic Shores and the rest of the Development Team, the Technical and the Commercial Teams, to progress efforts associated with all aspects of project development including ports and interconnection, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders and liaising with Federal, State and local government organizations on permitting and compliance monitoring for Atlantic Shores.  The Senior Permitting Lead will assist with all aspects of environmental and permitting services pertaining to Atlantic Shores, supporting general project development including contributing to a proactive HSSE approach, while recognizing and managing risks over the full lifecycle of the asset. Leading the preparation of siting studies required for permit applications and stakeholder engagement and representing Atlantic Shores with government agencies and stakeholders. The Senior Permitting Lead will report to the Atlantic Shores Permitting Manger, and may be extensively responsible for the development of one or more site assessment plans (SAPs) and constructions and operations plans (COPs) in accordance with guidelines from the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) and associated key federal permits including but not limited to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA); U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), the U.S. Coast Guard, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), and the Department of Defense (DOD). The Senior Permitting Lead will also be responsible for liaising with State and Local Agencies and for managing the development of state/provincial, and local permit applications and associated compliance requirements.

The New Jersey State Permitting Lead is responsible for supporting the strategic development and management of permitting strategy and associated activities in the state of New Jersey necessary to successfully advance Atlantic Shores’ portfolio of offshore wind energy projects.  As the Atlantic Shores New Jersey State Permitting Lead, you will work closely with the Permitting Manager at Atlantic Shores and the rest of the Development Team, the Technical and the Commercial Teams, to progress efforts associated with all aspects of the Atlantic Shores portfolio of projects interconnecting and/or developing infrastructure within the state of New Jersey. This ranges from delivering strategy on state permitting and executing permit delivery for all projects in New Jersey. As the New Jersey State Permitting Lead, you will also support Atlantic Shores efforts in technical strategy and delivery, including but not limited to ports and electrical transmission infrastructure. You will also build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and liaise with State and local government organizations on permitting and compliance monitoring for Atlantic Shores activities within the state.   The New Jersey State Permitting Lead will assist with all aspects of environmental and permitting services pertaining to Atlantic Shores, supporting general project development including contributing to a proactive health, safety, security and the environment (HSSE) approach, while recognizing and managing risks over the full lifecycle of the asset. The New Jersey State Permitting Lead will report to the Atlantic Shores Permitting Manager, and willbe extensively responsible for developing the strategy and leading the preparation of permits, siting studies, and other related activities required for State of New Jersey permit applicationsincluding but not limited to the following: the Coastal Area Facility Review Act, Waterfront Development, Freshwater Wetlands Protection Act, Flood Hazard Area Control Act, Tidelands,Highlands Water Protection and Planning Rule, and New Jersey Pollution Discharge Elimination System. The New Jersey State Permitting Lead will represent Atlantic Shores in engagements with State and local agencies and manage state permit risks and opportunities on behalf of Atlantic Shores. The New Jersey State Permitting Lead will support theFederal Permit Leads in the development of one or more federal permits and consultations associated with Constructions and Operations Plans (COPs) in accordance with guidelines from the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM). The Offshore Procurement & Contract Manager manages, negotiates, and supports the administration of contracts for Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind.     The ideal candidate has: - In-depth knowledge of the offshore wind sector or US Offshore sector - Experience in negotiating installation contracts related to offshore wind projects such as BIMCO or experience negotiating EPCI contract such as FIDIC for main packages such as Foundation, Subsea cable, Offshore Substation, WTG foundation, Transition Piece. - Minimum of 10 years’ experience in negotiations (contractual & commercial) with at least 5 years’ experience in the negotiation of T&I or EPC/EPCI (50M$+ contracts). - Sound knowledge of procurement process, understanding of claim prevention. In addition, team management and the development of a procurement strategy for tenders are skills that are mandatory for this position.
