The Manager will manage the schedule, budget, scope, quality, risk, interfaces, safety and resources within the package.   During the front-end planning and strategy (prior to offtake award), the Manager is responsible for: - collaborating with the front-end foundation team to ensure the evaluation, comparison, and selection of technologies, project designs, installation methods, and O&M strategy leads to a competitive concept basis for the anticipated offtake; - interfacing with the development team to ensure planning for the project execute phase activities complies with the COP permit submittal and will produce deliverables for review by verification and government agencies at the appropriate time; - supporting the commercial team with supplier qualification and selection, cost definition and local content evaluation resulting in successful bids. During execute phase, post offtake award, the Manager is responsible for: - ensuring HSSE is proactively planned and managed; - identifying risks and mitigations and actively managing risks within the Foundation Package and across interfaces; - developing Foundation Package contracting strategy, tender documentation and coordinating tender activities that lead to selection and contract awards for package suppliers; - ensuring that the commercial and legal negotiations establish competitive and bankable terms; - administering the contracts post notice-to-proceed and fulling owning the budget, schedule and scope compliance; - ensuring fabrication worksites are properly staffed to provide HSSE, Quality, and technical support.

The Senior Permitting Lead is responsible for supporting the management of permitting activities necessary to successfully advance Atlantic Shores’ portfolio of offshore wind energy projects.   As the Senior Permitting Lead, you will work closely with the Permitting Manager at Atlantic Shores and the rest of the Development Team, the Technical and the Commercial Teams, to progress efforts associated with all aspects of project development including ports and interconnection, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders and liaising with Federal, State and local government organizations on permitting and compliance monitoring for Atlantic Shores.  The Senior Permitting Lead will assist with all aspects of environmental and permitting services pertaining to Atlantic Shores, supporting general project development including contributing to a proactive HSSE approach, while recognizing and managing risks over the full lifecycle of the asset. Leading the preparation of siting studies required for permit applications and stakeholder engagement and representing Atlantic Shores with government agencies and stakeholders. The Senior Permitting Lead will report to the Atlantic Shores Permitting Manger, and may be extensively responsible for the development of one or more site assessment plans (SAPs) and constructions and operations plans (COPs) in accordance with guidelines from the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) and associated key federal permits including but not limited to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA); U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), the U.S. Coast Guard, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), and the Department of Defense (DOD). The Senior Permitting Lead will also be responsible for liaising with State and Local Agencies and for managing the development of state/provincial, and local permit applications and associated compliance requirements.
