Regional Project Development Manager (Development Manager)is focused on driving the development of critical projects and mastering functional management techniques.  The Development Manager will be responsible for serving as a phase leader for high value projects and leading the development of a portfolio of projects. The Development Manager will share knowledge and train junior team members by delegating tasks and discreet responsibilities and active participation in group discussions.  In addition, the Development Manager may have one or more direct reports and will be responsible foridentifying development strengths and needs in those reports.  The Development Manager will work to master functional management techniques such as crafting development plans and identifying activities to support the growth and development of direct reports.  The Development Manager will lead resource allocation discussions to ensure the team resources are deployed to most effectively achieve the regional goals.

Scope: Under the direction of the Senior Project Manager or Associate Director - Project Management, the Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects and phases of multiple solar EPC projects and programs.  The Project Manager is primarily responsible for collaboration with project stakeholders such as owners, utilities, landowners, municipalities, developers, consultants, subcontractors, and other project partners and internal resources such as engineering and construction professionals.  The Project Manager will achieve project and corporate goals which are generally described as follows: project schedule, project scope management, budget performance, quality requirements, and safety.  The Project Manager will foster a cooperative relationship with project partners and internal resources while meeting the company strategic goals and continually messaging the value of the company services to stakeholders.  This position has project P&L responsibility.   Physical Requirements:  Frequent travel to various North American project sites having varying terrain and weather conditions. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.    Working Conditions:   Work time will be spent both at project sites (outdoor construction sites) and in an office environment, with use of computers, telephone, and other office equipment.  Travel is expected to be 25% of overall work time.   Fiscal Responsibilities:  Project Profit/Loss responsibility.   Location: This position will be based in our Columbia, MD or West Lebanon, NH office.

In coordination with the Project Manager and other project team members, the Project Engineer II provides planning and technical support related to the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) process of commercial and industrial solar PV projects.  This position works at EPC job sites and the company offices.  The Project Engineer II supports the following functions: health and safety protocol, quality control, engineering and design review, estimating and budget monitoring, purchasing and contract administration, construction management, and general project administration.  The Project Engineer II also provides project site coverage as needed.    Location: This position is based in our Columbia, MD or West Lebanon, NH office with hybrid flexibility.    Working Conditions:  Primarily working in an office environment, utilizing computers (frequent use of various Microsoft software/programs), phones, and general office equipment.  Travel is required up to 25% of the time, which may be spent outside on construction sites or visiting vendor and/or subcontractor offices in addition to attending various conferences and meetings.   Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.  Weather conditions and terrain will vary depending on geographical location of project site.   Frequent travel to project sites required.
