We deliver grid-scale power: wind (onshore and offshore), solar photovoltaic, and storage projects; distribution-scale power: solar and storage; asset optimization: technical, operational, and commercial expertise to maximize the performance of generating projects, and onsite solutions, through the Company’s PowerFlex affiliate, offering a full suite of onsite energy solutions for commercial and industrial customers: solar, storage, EV charging, energy management systems, and microgrids.   The Senior Analyst, Project Finance is a key member of the Project Finance team responsible for creating project pro forma spreadsheets, arriving at pricing, financial structuring, valuation, and metric conclusions for renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, storage etc, and working with the Project Finance group in transactions. The analyst will support project finance transaction fundings/closings for utility scale renewable energy projects. The analyst will also assist in preparing project confidential information memorandums and presentations to management for internal approvals.

The individual will apply his/her knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures, and will work as part of the Consolidation Department. He/she will understand andassist in meeting the needs of the Corporate Consolidation Department at the parent company EDF Renouvelables in Paris, France. This position works closely with members of the EDF Renewables FCPA, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, the Executive Management team, our French parent-company EDF Renouvelables and their corresponding KPMG auditors.
