The successful candidate will have solid track record in formation of contracts (e.g., master service agreements, consulting agreements, non-disclosure agreements), primarily using corporate approved templates; coordinate contract document execution, reviewing contract documents and contract language, coordinating often with engineering/construction disciplines, environmental consultants, information technology companies, O&M companies and other contractors/subcontractors. The candidate will cultivate and build relationships with the Business units to clearly and cooperatively define scopes of work, payment methods, and scheduling and other job requirements. Candidate willassist the Legal Department in reviewing and addressing counterparty contract comments and requested changes. In addition, the candidate will assist the Legal Department with typical paralegal-related duties associated with litigation and corporategovernance.

This position is responsible for the overall management of the Operations staff within their assigned portion of the region. This position will provide strong leadership, ensuring the execution and continued development of the region’s capabilities, processes, systems, and reporting to ensure excellent service support on all EDF Renewables’ operations efforts within their regional responsibilities. This position shall act as a coach and mentor to the site managers that report to them while supporting the Asset Managers leading the commercial and technical decision-making for the assets and the site personnel. With respect to Site Managers, this position shall enable them to perform to EDFR’s performance standards while coordinating the what and how of their performance with the Regional Senior Director (matrixed reporting).

To support the build-out of EDF Renewables’ project portfolio, the EPC Contract Manager is responsible for managing Engineering, Procurement and Construction (“EPC”) contract negotiations and coordinating commercial/legal reviews to ensure timely execution of agreements and provide support to project teams throughout contract fulfillment.

The Director of Project Engineering is responsible for managing all project engineering support to the North American Development and Implementation Teams. The position includes oversight of the design of structures, roads, foundations, interconnection, substations, collector systems, SCADA, and other project site facilities, as well as any other engineering related activities.
